I’ve checked thriftwallet.in a few times now, most of the stuff I was looking for was available. I didn’t have to keep waiting around or checking back again and again, which was nice. Overall, it was a good experience and I’m happy with it.

I got my wallet from Thriftwallet it does look authentic to me. The logo, stitching, and material all seem right, and there’s no weird smell or cheap feel. I even compared it with photos online to be sure. The only thing that bothered me was the packaging, it was really basic, so I had doubts at first. I’m happy with the wallet overall, but I do feel they should at least acknowledge the poor packaging and maybe apologize for it...

I ordered from thriftwallet.in and the tracking did work, like it wasn’t totally missing or anything, but yeah… it felt a little slow. For almost 2 days it kept showing the same update, so I was kind of sitting there wondering if the parcel had even moved or just, I don’t know, got stuck somewhere.
The order did reach me eventually, so it wasn’t really a big problem in the end. Just would’ve been better if the tracking updates were a bit more clear and on time, especially when you’re waiting and checking again and again.

I signed up thinking the loyalty rewards would be a nice bonus, but they never actually showed up. Maybe it works for some people, but I’m cautious about these kinds of programs, and this just made me feel like it wasn’t worth the risk or effort.

Overall, it was not a bad experience, just a little clunky feeling here and there. If they make the navigation easier and speed up some pages, I think it would be much better to use.

There weren’t many payment options available, and my usual wallet/UPI option didn’t go through properly. I ended up switching to my card and trying again, which was annoying.

The order did finally get placed, so that part was okay, but they really need to improve the payment choices. Giving it 2 stars for now

It’s a decent site if you just want to quickly check for deals before buying something

I tried contacting them after my purchase, but the replies were really slow and not very helpful. What made it more confusing was that one email would say one thing, then another email seemed to say something different. Overall, it just felt like I was getting nowhere

The communication just felt off from the start. I reached out a few times for an update and either got really slow replies or answers that didn’t really say much. It had that copy-paste kind of feeling, like nobody was actually looking into what was going on.
I kept having to ask the same thing again and again, and it got frustrating. I don’t know, it just left a bad feeling overall. If someone has an issue, the least they can do is respond properly. Definitely not a good experience for me

I don’t know why they shipped it in such thin packaging, but the corners were crushed when it arrived. The wallet itself is fine, but the unboxing felt kind of cheap and careless

I requested a refund and it felt like it took forever. Support just kept telling me to wait, which got really frustrating after a while. There’s just something about it that left a bad impression, and I don’t think I’ll be using Thriftwallet again.

The quality is good for what it costs. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but it does the job well and feels decent. For the price, I think most people would be happy with it.

Overall, the fit was alright and I wouldn’t say it was completely off or anything, but it definitely felt a little tighter than I was expecting. I could still wear it, but if you’re between sizes or you prefer a more comfortable, relaxed fit, I’d probably suggest going up a size just to be safe.

I had an issue with my order i kind of regret not following up sooner because support was slow at first. It took a few messages before I finally got a proper update, but they did sort it out in the end. Not the smoothest experience, and I wish it hadn’t taken so long, but the problem was resolved, so I’m giving 3 stars.

Once I finally found it, everything made sense, but it would be much better if that information were easier to spot upfront
